Daily and weekly reports from project sites

Site Reports

Site reports capture what happened on the project site each day: progress, issues, weather, photos, and notes.

1. Go to Operations → Site Reports — Click "New Report"
2. Select Project & Date — Choose which project and report date
3. Fill Report Details — Progress summary, workers on site, equipment used, weather conditions
4. Add Photos — Upload site photos showing current progress
5. Submit — Report is visible to project manager and principle
